What is the ClamXAV Customer Referral Programme?
The ClamXAV Customer Referral Programme (the programme) is a rewards scheme where you can extend the duration of your subscription, and that of the person you refer to us.
How does it work?
When you purchase a subscription for ClamXAV, you will receive an email containing your referral code.
You (the referrer) share that code with someone else (the referee).
The referee enters your code on our website when ordering their subscription.
When the new order completes, we will reward both the referrer and referee by extending each subscription by one month for free.
What happens if the referee cancels
If the referee’s subscription is refunded, your reward month will be withdrawn.
What happens if my reward month is withdrawn at the end of my subscription period and it places my subscription into an overdue state?
We will attempt to renew your subscription immediately. If that fails, we will email you to let you know.
Can I refer myself?
No, please don’t do that. We rely on word of mouth to generate sales to keep us in business, this is why we set up the referral programme.
How many people can I refer?
Unless, in our sole discretion, there appears to be something underhand going on, there is no formal limit to how many people you can refer, and we will not stop you referring people to us.
Any other terms and restrictions?
The referrer’s subscription must be valid for the referral code to be accepted.
The referral code must be entered during the order process and cannot be entered after an order has completed.
We reserve the right to withdraw your referral code at any time, without warning.
We reserve the right to change your referral code at any time, but we will let you know if we have had to do this.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure to process referrals.
We cannot be held responsible for any corruption, loss of data or infection contracted by your computer as a result of your subscription lapsing for any reason.
